Access to our AI generation tools requires the purchase of one-time credit packs. • Lifetime Validity: Purchased credits have no expiration date. They remain linked to your account balance and valid for a lifetime, as long as your account remains active. • Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the immediate infrastructure and computing costs associated with AI generation processing, all sales of credit packs are final and non-refundable. 3. Account Registration and Security You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@ia-tech-solutions.com of any unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or security breach. 4. User Content & Intellectual Property Rights 4.1 Your Prompts and Uploads You retain full ownership of the prompts, text, images, or audio files you submit to the platform (“User Content”). You grant IA-Tech-Solutions a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your User Content strictly for the purpose of operating and rendering our AI generation services. 4.2 AI-Generated Outputs Subject to your full compliance with these Terms, you receive commercial rights to use, modify, and distribute the outputs you create. However, because AI content generation relies on machine learning models, we do not guarantee that your outputs will be entirely unique, accurate, or free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are responsible for verifying your generated content before public or commercial distribution. 5.
